《完全自由》汇集了两首当代大提琴协奏曲 —— 奥斯瓦尔多?戈利约夫的《蓝色》与安娜?克莱恩的《舞》，由大提琴家玛娅?博格丹诺维奇呈现现场录音，她将这次演绎称作一段极具个人色彩的探索之旅。两部作品均在施蒂夫特国际音乐节完成荷兰首演，由菲恩交响乐团演奏，大卫?科恩（《蓝色》）与桑迪?范?戴克（《舞》）分别执棒。戈利约夫的《蓝色》被形容为一幅充满诗意、超脱尘世的色彩与风格织锦，作品融合巴洛克影响与皮亚佐拉式节奏，并以别具一格的配器得以升华：手风琴担任重要声部，搭配丰富多样的异域打击乐。
协奏曲如宇宙幻象般徐徐展开，时而即兴自由，时而虔诚肃穆，最终汇入仿若无线电信号、星尘与遥远星系的声音世界。与之形成对照的是，克莱恩的《舞》受鲁米诗歌启发，以五个乐章探索原始情感与炫技表现力，不断拓展大提琴的表达边界与技术极限。作品从脆弱易碎走向节奏张力，从巴洛克式的纯净迈向炽烈激荡的能量，融合民间音乐元素、抒情旋律与个人怀思，末乐章更是献给作曲家父亲的动人悼献。博格丹诺维奇着重强调了录音背后深厚的艺术合作，提及她与戈利约夫之间罕见的创作 “心灵相通”，以及与范?戴克之间默契十足的协作。
戈利约夫写道：
“在音乐中，我所知的最大喜悦，或许便是作曲家与演奏者之间的心灵相通。与长年共事、能瞬间读懂我推敲数月才明了的音乐的伙伴们产生这种共鸣，我已渐渐习惯。但与一位初识的音乐家便能如此默契，仍令我倍感惊喜。玛娅便是如此 —— 无需言语解释分毫。她比我更懂《蓝色》。这让我深感释然：我知道，即便我不在场，我的音乐也能在世间鲜活存在。为此，我由衷感谢玛娅。大卫?科恩与菲恩交响乐团，更是这支我深爱的《蓝色》录音中理想的同行者。能与安娜?克莱恩优美的音乐并置收录，令这张专辑更显特别，也更贴近我心。此项目映照出施蒂夫特音乐节‘完全自由’的精神 —— 无畏、慷慨、勇于探索，不仅收录了两部里程碑式的当代协奏曲，更定格了音乐家们赋予作品生命的共同灵感。”
