2023年9月から行ってきた秋のコンサートツアーの最終公演として、11月28日・29日の2日間にわたり横浜アリーナにて行われた特別公演。この内、11月29日の『モーニング娘。'23 コンサートツアー秋 「Neverending Shine Show ～聖域～」譜久村聖 卒業スペシャル』の模様を収録。譜久村聖は2008年からハロプロエッグ(現・ハロプロ研修生)として活動、2011年1月にモーニング娘。に9期メンバーとして加入。2014年11月、道重さゆみの卒業を受けて9代目リーダーに就任し、2019年1月からはハロプロのリーダーも担当。モーニング娘。リーダー史上"歴代最長"の9年間にわたりメンバーをけん引してきました。約15年にわたりハロー！プロジェクトで活動してきた譜久村聖がこのコンサートをもって卒業しました。
