An immortal masterpiece, including the "Haydn Variations" with the Vienna Philharmonic, that could not be completed by Kertesz, will be released on the SACD hybrid. On April 16, 1973, Celtes died while swimming in Tel Aviv. The second re-recording did not come true either. The second recording in '64 was the sixth session on the DECCA label for Kertesz and the Vienna Philharmonic. It is a fulfilling performance that can not be thought of as co-starring with the conductor and the Vienna Philharmonic. Then, in '72, we started recording as a complete collection from No. 4, but about a year later he died at the age of 45. These recordings are the highest performances that have been heard for a long time as one of the representative boards of Celtes from the LP era. It was released from King relatively early in the CD era, and has since recurred several times from Universal. However, the frequency of remastering was low for some reason, and because of the early digitization, it was not always possible to say that it had been sold in a state close to the original sound. This time, when we launched this series, we picked up this Kertesz board in order to revive the masterpiece buried recently in terms of sound quality to the present age. As a result, with this SACD conversion, it is now possible to hear detailed nuances that were previously buried in CDs. DECCA's recording technology at that time was very effective for the latest modern reproduction technology, and has the potential to go deeper into the truth of the famous board. Please experience innovative sound quality. In the production of this series, we used sound sources digitized with higher quality than the original analog master tape in our home country, and our dedicated engineers in our country took a long time in mastering work for this series in a detailed process. Was. The important thing about the release is that the reprinting process itself, including the digitization and mastering steps, has evolved over the last few years. Equipment related to digital technology is constantly improving, and it has become possible to produce higher quality and more delicate sound sources.
