戴米恩·莱斯 (英语：Damien Rice，1973年12月7日)， 爱尔兰创作歌手、音乐家，擅长演奏吉他、大提琴、小提琴、钢琴、鼓等乐器。以《O》 和《9》两张专辑闻名。
莱斯以1990年代摇滚乐团Juniper成员为音乐生涯起点，发行过二张单曲，但在唱片公司干涉渐增后决议单飞。莱斯在托斯卡纳过起农村生活，随后沿路在欧洲街头卖艺，才又返爱尔兰。
